Machine cleaning method
Wash the machine in time after use, so as not to cause machine blockage.
1. Before the construction, please prepare the thinner of the cleaning  machine. After the construction, the machine should be cleaned, such as  Tianna water, pine perfume, banana water, etc.
2, cleaning method: pour the thinner into about 500 ml into the barrel  of the machine, put the gun head into the barrel, clean the boot cycle,  wash for a while, squirt, pour in new thinner, In the same way, the  machine must be cleaned, and the second time the diluent can be used as  the first cleaning after the next construction. After the thinner is  ejected, pour the oil into the oil. In the same way, it will be  circulated for a while and sprayed into the oil drum. This will  discharge the thinner and protect the sealing parts inside the machine.
3. During the next construction, pour the slurry into the bucket, start  it first, and drain the oil remaining in the machine. When the slurry  comes out, start grouting.
Always test the pressure with  the oil before the new machine is used for the first time.
1. The machine will shake during transportation. Please tighten all the  screws before using the machine.
2. Test the pressure of the machine. It is forbidden to test the working  pressure with liquid without viscosity (such as toluene, acetone, water,  etc.). Use oil such as oil to test the pressure of the machine. If it is  empty, the pressure gauge does not show pressure.
3. Test method: pour the lubricating oil into the barrel of the machine,  close the valve, the gun head is facing the outside, open the electric  drill, when the pressure gauge shows the pressure of 300-400 kg, turn  off the electric drill, open the valve, it will lubricate The oil is  sprayed back into the oil drum, and the pressure test is successful.
