1910 -14 Max Carey Post Card Archive to His Girlfriend/Fiance/Wife 20 Different

The item for sale is a treasure trove dating to 1910-1914. This lot includes (20) different post cards mailed from Hall of Famer Max Carey to his girlfriend/fiance/wife over this 4 year period of time. Most of them have a hand written note to his female friend, Aurelia Behrens. who on the last card dated in 1914 had become Mrs. Max Carey.
Also, very interestingly Max had the nickname "Scoops" in the major leagues but obviously he also had a different nickname for his beloved as all of the cards are signed "Hip." I could not find any reference to this being a nickname of Carey's but obviously was to his female friend.
Finding an archive like this from over 100 years ago from a Hall of Famer is quite a treasure.
