19TH C MEISSEN Lidded Chocolate / Tea Pot

Description

Offering a lovely Meissen chocolate / tea pot with hand painted flower sprays and modeled flowers on lid.  This charming pot stands approx 8 1/2: tall, is 6 1/2"  spout to handle, and 4 3/4" in diameter.   The lid has had a professional restoration... it reads very well visually, but there is evidence of over spray/restoration on the underside...even though the lid shows good translucency....in the photo against back lighting, as the translucency shows well, and it is difficult to tell what was done to the lid.... see photos.
