At a recent estate auction, I purchased some items from a ladies estate that had a passion for Africa and the general African region.  My understanding is that she traveled there often as a private citizen, then worked for the United States government in the region of Africa and then retired from the government and came to live in the USA, but still traveled back to Africa when her health and mobility allowed her to.  When she decided to go into assisted living and consigned these items to a local auction house, she gave them what information she had or could recall.  It will be that information, although somewhat basic and vague,  that I will pass onto you in the description.  Please be your own judge prior to purchase and feel free to ask any questions that you wish.  I have limited information, but will answer your questions to the best of my ability.

, but I believe that these are, or might be Qur' anic Writing Boards or School Tablets or some other type of Writing Boards from Africa.  The previous owner said that they were African School Tablets.
