Antique Mid 18thC Meissen Porcelain Floral Cup & Saucer Porzellan Tasse German

For sale is
a great cup and saucer made by Meissen in about 1745. Both pieces are hand painted with a large floral arrangement in the early Deutsche Blumen style just after the end of the woodcut flowers - the nice thing being that the saucer is almost entirely covered with it - as well as a few smaller single flowers covering the rest of the pieces and the inside bottom of the cup. Nice brown trim to the edge and puce flowers along the handle. Both pieces are in great condition with some wear mainly to the blue flower petal of the saucer and some firing flaws normal to early porcelain. The cup is 1.75 inch tall and 3.125 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter. Both are marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as the usual impressed numbers. Germany 18th century Untertasse Blumenmotif
