Up for consideration is a beautiful Antique Gilt Bronze & Meissen Porcelain Inkwell. Exceptional Quality. A very pretty example. Measures approx. 8" across x 6 1/4" tall with bird. Interior dimension for an inkwell cover is approx. 2 1/8". The inkstand is in good / fair condition for its age. A few issues as follows: inkwell has a few minor rubs to flowers consistent for age, needs a cover, bird figurine is unsigned but a very early example, line to base, some minor old touchup to bottom of figurine and a few small nicks to claw and leaves, one encrusted flower is missing a pedal, and both inkwell and bird should be reattached properly to bronze mounts. A gorgeous example as it sits, would be amazing with a little fixing up.  A treasure well kept over the years. Selling ASIS. Overall condition clearly shown in photos
