Brazilian Tribal mask; Rare Brazilian Tribal Mask purchased in 1991.
This mask was gotten in 1991 from the Brazil National Museum.  The Museum burned to the ground in 2018 destroying 20,000,000 artifacts.  Get this Tribal mask with a provenance to the National Museum.
I got the mask from the person that got the mask from the museum.  The mask was acquired 7-23-91 and has a catalogue code of x91.171
Please look at ALL the photos as you will see a piece of damage on the bottom of the piece.  The damage does not take away from the overall quality, how the mask faces up, nor the value.
