This diagnostic fee is paid to us to look at and diagnose the problem with your lift; the fee includes
shipping to and from your location

When we receive your unit, we will check it and provide you with a repair estimate. Generally, here are repairs costs (these are invoiced
only
after we get a confirmation from you to go ahead with the repair):
Strap Replacement -  $ 140
Motherboard Repair/Replacement- $ 245
Up/Down Controls (on the unit itself) Replacement - $ 95-195 (may involve replacing the whole side plastic casing)
any other problems/parts - by quote
If you decline the repair estimate we provide after we check your unit, then we would ship the lift back to you; there would be no additional fees.
Total turn around time for repairs is about 3 weeks (including shipping from/back to your location).
You would also get a 60 days parts/labor warranty with anything that we fix. Please contact us with any questions!
