Elegant Glassware maker unknown bohemian Comport Compote etched frosted yellow

I do not know what type of glassware or bowl this is it is unsigned. I do know It's rare because I was unable to locate it in eBay or Google lens images. I know I've seen it before seems deja vue for me. Measures 4-1/2" tall and 5" wide. Please look over pictures carefully as they are part of the description.
