The correct way to install the collet nut:
1. Put the chuck into the pressure cap, turn the clamping spring slightly, when the pressure is eccentric
The groove on the cover is a clamping spring groove. Push the clamp spring with equal force in the direction of the arrow, then
Install the pressure cap.
2. Install the clamping spring and cover on the chuck body or spindle together. Insert clamping
After wiping the cylindrical handle, use a wrench to tighten the pressure cap until the tool is firmly clamped before use.
(Note: Avoid tightening the pressure cap without tools to avoid damage to the clamping spring)
3. Loosen the pressure cap with a wrench, take out the chuck or tool, and remove the tool. Along the direction
Push out the clamping spring in the direction of the arrow. Then replace other clamping springs as needed.
