Large Antique Meissen Figural Candlestick Mother with Child - Beautiful!

Description

Offered for auction is a remarkable Meissen Figural Candlestick in beautiful condition.  It is large, measuring 12" high and 6-1/2" base diameter.  The mother in draped floral attire holding a child draped in blue and holding a flower, perhaps soon to nurse with the one exposed breast.  There are applied and encrusted flowers and vining leaves  over blush pink, white and aqua ground.  All around are gold gilded trim and accented areas.  Beautiful hand painting on this piece.  Please see the pictures which serve also as my description.  Remarkably, I find no chips or cracks.
