Medline’s K4 Lightweight Wheelchairs feature an extra-large, 20” x 18” seat; a higher, 350 lb. weight capacity; and multiple adjustments for comfort and security. Adjustable seat and back support helps provide custom comfort for people of many different heights. The swing-away footrests extend to the side by pushing the convenient lever to simplify sitting and standing.

Returns
Authorization:
All returns must be authorized by Healthcare Direct prior to receipt. Product must be returned within 90 day of purchase. Authorizations are valid for 30 days. Return goods authorizations (RMAs) should be arranged by contacting Healthcare Direct. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customer’s expense, destroyed by Healthcare Direct at Healthcare Direct’s discretion, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued to customer.
Return Procedure:
After obtaining an RMA, each return must include the following information: Customer’s name and address, RMA number, and Original order number.
Return Policy:
Defective products are returnable with prior authorization. Non-defective products may be returned, provided customer has obtained prior authorization from Healthcare Direct, if such products are in salable condition and suitable for restocking. Freight and restocking may apply as noted in the Restocking Fee Scheduled listed below. Product must be returned within 90 days of receipt. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days for the credit to be issued back to your account.
The following conditions will not be considered for return:
Products purchased more than three months prior to return request; Products considered hazardous materials; Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging; Packs broken, breached or damaged; Items in unsalable units of measure where product cannot be resold; Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to the other terms of this policy.
Damages or Shortages:
Customer must notify Healthcare Direct of any damages in transit or product shortages within two (2) business days of receipt, or Healthcare Direct shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement.
Products Shipped in Error by Healthcare Direct:
Customer must notify Healthcare Direct of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error by Healthcare Direct are freely returnable for full credit, provided that such returns are made within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Defective product:
Defective product, properly noted damaged product, and returns that are the result of a Healthcare Direct error may be returned at Healthcare Direct’s expense and for a full credit, subject to the other provisions of this policy.
