New Sabrett hot dog cart umbrella, in original paper and plastic packaging.
2017 printed on the flaps.
Umbrella still has original shipping paper between flaps.  The paper does not completely separate the all vinyl though and there may be some areas where there is minor graphic transfer when opening, from having been rolled up since 2017.  There may be some other minor wear or discoloration from age and storage but umbrella is new and unused/unrolled.
