    Description

Buy now at this sale price. An old, worn Bamana hyena mask. Heavy, dense wood. Strong, simplified profile. It is quite "Cubist". Small stable age crack in right forehead, best seen in photo #7. Indigenous tribal repair to the left ear (it was reattached with a nail, now rusty, cli
    nched
on the inside) best seen in photo #8. And there is another minor age crack through the upper right jaw. Wired to hang but it also stands. 30 ounces, 11" tall, 7" wide, 4 1/4" deep. It has a spooky but happy appearance (
    laughing hyena!)
U.S. buyers please. Thanks, [Boston Primitive]
