For ankle, knee, foot, leg surgery rehab or anyone who can't bend knee.  I had ankle surgery but due to previous knee injury couldn't bend knee so couldn't use knee scooter. This is great. My recovery is so complex that I ended up not needing this, have to stay off leg completely. Perfect for city streets or where you need more durable wheels. Have all the components.
