Q: What if the zipper gets stuck？
A: The zippers on Lacette pillowcases are from the top zipper manufacturer YKK, so you will rarely run into such an issue. If there is an obstacle stuck in the track, please straighten the zipper and put it under tension. Then slowly move the zipper a little bit downwards. Also, use lubricants such as lubricating oil, wax, lip balm would smoothen the track.

Q: Will my face cream be absorbed by the pillowcase?
A: Not if you fully massage the cream into your skin. Please note that any cream that cannot be absorbed by the skin will come off to pillowcases. Due to the shiny material feature of the silk, the smudge will look more visible than other fabrics. We recommend you try the wood pulp fiber side of the pillowcase in such a case.
