Small Meissen Porcelain Red Bird Figurine Porzellan Vogel Figur Figure German

For sale is
a miniature bird figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century . Not sure what kind of bird he is exactly but probably some sort of Finch. He is sitting on a little base with a flower to the front and some greenery towards the back with a little branch stump to one side. The figure is very well modeled and hand painted and really quite cute. The figurine is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the under glazed blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed / incised numbers of the period as shown. The bird is 2.125 inches tall, 1.125 inches wide and 1.75 inches long.
