This lens appear to be unused in excellent cosmetic condition with no signs of wear.

he glass is clean and clear with no scratches, fungus or cleaning marks, only light foggy if you use flashlight(see last picture), but it did not affect the function.
it comes with original package. the thread is 39mm.
