Below the hot dogs in the Star Manufacturing Hot Dog & Bun Steamer - 170 Capacity (35SSA) is a large water pan that paired with helpful temperature controls keeps the unit at a constant and even temperature. The tempered glass door on the 35SSA model allows a clear view of the product within, allowing you to see the up to 170 hot dogs steaming at time.
