Returns:
30 Day Return Policy under these conditions:
1. Initial shipping charges will be deducted
2. Buyer pays return shipping
3. ALL accessories must be unused / ALL packaging must be unopened
4. ALL items must be intact, undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing)
5. Items must be in same condition as when shipped with all original accessories, manuals and packaging
Refunds & more:
1. A full refund (minus shipping costs) will only be given if item is exactly as it was when sent to you. If the item
is damaged in any way, altered, missing any accessory/parts or deemed not exactly as sent in any way you will only receive a partial refund. The amount of the refund is to be decided by us based on whatever damage or missing accessory would cost to repair or replace. This amount can be up to 50% according to ebay policies.
2. In case of defective items, item must be returned and the defect confirmed prior to us issuing a refund.
