Silver Metal In Freestanding Openwork FRAME On Base
Mask is cast silver metal with openwork areas [eyes, mouth] and pieces of wax cast metal overlay of INTRICATE TRIBAL PATTERN details
Sun design around the border has cutwork and circular swirls
Securely Mounted on a chalkware/ pottery background piece [with an aged patina] which is securely BOLTED to a square, very heavy metal frame on a base
3D- you can see through the frame edges and the piece looks gorgeous from all sides- this piece is meant to be displayed on a tabletop or counter top
Silver metal has a distressed finish and patina meant to make the piece look like an antique, but it is vintage NOT an antique piece
Mask approx. 7.75"long x 7"wide
Pottery backing piece is 8" x 7.75"
Frame is 10.5" x 10.5" square, rectangular base is 10.75" x just under 3 deep"
