Vintage Large African Carved Wooden Mask
-Very nicely painted and carved
-Appears to be quite old, however we do not know the history
-This is a large mask made from a heavier dense wood
-There are two holes carved through the mask below the eyes
-Inside has a wax tag with a number sealed in it - unsure if this was added after it was made
-Mask measures about 11.75" in length x 9" in width (ear to ear) x 6" in depth
-Mask has small areas of missing or worn paint, scraps to the wood on the eye and eyebrow, appears to have a newer chip to the wood on the right ear.  Imperfections due to age and possibly use
